We brought the existing Vitalbliss digital concept from the Italian market to Croatia and Slovenia, adapting it for local users. Based on the existing design, we developed two new platforms on Shipshape Core - a Croatian and a Slovenian webshop.

From an existing concept to a local eCommerce experience
There was a digital concept, but no local webshop
The existing Vitalbliss platform already had a defined visual and content concept, but the Croatian and Slovenian markets did not have their own localized webshop platforms. The goal was to bring the existing concept to new markets without creating an entirely new visual identity.
The purchase journey needed to be fully localized
The existing Vitalbliss platform for the Italian market allows users to add products to the cart, while the rest of the order process relies on external services. For Croatia and Slovenia, we developed a more connected eCommerce experience that allows users to complete the entire purchase process within the localized platform. This simplified the user journey, removed the need to switch to other services, and created a more seamless and trustworthy shopping experience.
Faster without compromising the visual experience
The new platforms needed to preserve the existing design while also delivering a stronger technical experience. The Croatian and Slovenian versions were developed with a focus on faster loading and smoother browsing.

Localization for two markets
We developed Croatian and Slovenian versions of the platform, adapted to local users and available in two languages. Both versions maintain the same visual direction and brand identity.
From product discovery to online shopping
We expanded the existing experience with the functionality needed for online purchasing. Products are organized through categories and thematic lines, allowing users to explore the range and purchase products directly through the webshop.
Shipshape Core
Both local platforms were built on Shipshape Core, giving Vitalbliss a flexible foundation for managing webshop content and continuing the development of its local eCommerce presence.
Performance optimization
We optimized the technical performance of both platforms to provide a faster and smoother browsing experience while maintaining the existing visual concept.
