The Shape CORE platform opens the doors to the global market without language barriers

The Shape CORE platform has expanded its integration with OpenAI and now uses GPT technology — advanced machine learning — to provide accurate and comprehensible automatic content translation. Our users can now enjoy precise translations — from product names to full website content — without the need to manually translate each individual item. This solution saves time and resources for companies looking to expand their business internationally, making it much easier to set up and manage a multilingual webshop.

The new automated translation module can quickly translate content from one language to another without losing quality or accuracy. It also simplifies the setup of multilingual webshops by automatically translating all entities from the main (default) store.

How does it work?

1. Creating a new store

In the admin interface, Shape users can, after selecting the option to add a new store (i.e., a new or additional language), simply click a button to start automatic translation generation for all webshop elements.

By automatically translating all elements from the main store, our users can easily adapt their content to different language markets. This enables better communication with customers worldwide and provides a personalized experience in their native language.

2. Translating individual elements

You can also generate translations for individual elements — for example, for any new content added later after the initialization of the store in another language. 

What does that mean? Let’s go through the steps together:

- you already have an existing shop in Croatian

- you decide to launch the same webshop in English for your international customers

- you add another store containing all existing elements from the main one and start the automatic translation (any elements you don’t want available on the foreign market can be deactivated after initializing the new store)

- later, you can decide to publish some or all content, such as blog posts, in both languages — you create them in one store, enable their display in the other, and with one click automatically translate the entire blog post, including the title, meta data, and content
