A Flexible Digital Platform for the Future of Retail

Integral custom solution

We developed a digital ecosystem for Pevex that connects the webshop, mobile application, CRM, PIM and Delivery Hub. The system is designed to be modular, which means that it can be easily upgraded and adapted to future needs.

PEVEX WEB SHOP – provides customers with a simple and transparent purchasing process, including quick shipping and payment calculations, product availability reminders and integration with the loyalty program and the TRS ERP system.

LOYALTY MOBILE APPLICATION – delivers a personalized experience with a view of benefits, digital invoices, push notifications and loyalty card management. All key functionalities from the web store are also available on mobile.

DELIVERY HUB – connects Pevex with delivery partners, monitors shipment statuses and automatically notifies customers of any changes. This significantly increases the accuracy and speed of delivery, and access to all the information regarding packages and deliveries.

PIM INTEGRATION – automates the entry and updating of products, photos and technical documentation, ensuring that customers always see the latest and most accurate information. The portal for suppliers enables direct entry and updates of product data by suppliers.

Pevex's system is built on the Shiphape CORE platform (Symfony) through a series of specialized "business" bundles for CRM, web commerce, payments, logistics, notifications, and search, which allows for modular upgrades and integration with multiple external services.

Fast and simple online shopping with Pevex

Personalized experience with full loyalty program integration

Shopping on the Pevex webshop is designed for fast and easy shopping. Checkout allows for dynamic recalculation of the cart and delivery simulation, with the display of actual costs and options for changing payment or address.

Small functionalities such as reminders of products in stock and quick entry of postal code make the process faster.

The mobile app offers easy management of personal data and consents in one place and brings all the advantages of the webshop with personalized notifications and full synchronization of the loyalty program.

Delivery Hub allows customers to track shipments, receive status notifications and automatically select the most convenient delivery. The API integrates order status and sends notifications to customers.

Pevex's PIM system automatically synchronizes product data, including photos and technical documentation, so that customers always have the latest information.
