Our project, the web shop pevex.hr, is the winner in the Buyer's Journey category
The best webshop of 2024 is Volim ljuto, which also received an individual award in the SEO category. Pevex was recognized for Buyer’s Journey, Lesnina XXL was named best in Legal Compliance for the fifth year in a row, Bima Shop creates the best content, Hug Your Life stood out most in analytics, while Tvornica Snova delivered the best user experience.
Among service providers in the eCommerce sector, Monri Payments received the most jury votes, and awards also went to the furniture search engine FAVI and the delivery company Wolt.
A total of 92 Croatian web retailers entered the sixth eCommAwards 2024 competition
Until last year, eCommAwards was held as part of the large CRO Commerce conference in the autumn, and this is the second time the awards for top web retailers were presented within an independent conference.
This year, we introduced a small innovation by evaluating not only retailers but also service providers, as we believe that close collaboration between merchants and service providers is key to more successful online sales.
The goal of the competition is not only to reward the best representatives, but also to help all participants improve their websites and overall communication with customers to achieve better results.
Accordingly, in addition to the opportunity to earn professional recognition, all entrants receive expert analysis with improvement suggestions, said Marcel Majsan, president of the eCommerce Croatia association.
