The Shape CORE eCommerce platform integrates with Luceed ERP to connect products, stock, prices, customers and orders in a single automated process. Instead of copying information manually between systems, data is exchanged through APIs and synchronised regularly.
The result is an online store that presents current information to customers while sales and operational teams continue using Luceed as their central business system.
What is Luceed ERP?
Luceed is a business management system for maintaining key information and processes such as products, price lists, warehouses, business partners, sales and commercial documents. When connected to an online store, Luceed becomes the main source of business data, while Shape CORE turns that information into a structured, user-friendly eCommerce experience.

Why connect Luceed and your online store?
Without integration, the same information often has to be maintained in several places. This increases administrative work, slows the publication of changes and creates opportunities for errors in prices, stock levels or orders.
Integrating Luceed with a Shape CORE online store enables:
- A reliable single source for product, price and stock information.
- Automatic updates to the online store.
- Sending online orders to the ERP without retyping them.
- Synchronisation of customers, addresses and commercial terms.
- Fewer operational errors and faster order processing.
- Easier scaling of B2C and B2B online sales.
Transferring data from Luceed to the online store
Shape CORE can retrieve and update the information needed to present and sell products effectively. Depending on the project configuration, synchronisation can include:
- Product codes, EANs and catalogue numbers.
- Product names, descriptions and translations.
- Retail and wholesale prices, and tax rates.
- Promotional prices, discounts and their validity periods.
- Available quantities and stock by warehouse.
- Units of measure, packaging, weight, warranty and packaging fees.
- Product groups, website categories, brands and attributes.
- Product photographs and documents, where available through the integration.
- Related and additional products.
ERP data does not have to appear online in its raw form. Shape CORE allows further organisation for the user experience, filtering, search and SEO, while retaining control over which fields may be updated automatically.
Transferring online orders to Luceed
After a purchase is completed, Shape CORE sends the order to Luceed. Alongside items and quantities, it transfers the required customer, address, delivery and price information, together with other order details agreed for the project.
If a customer, address or locality does not yet exist in Luceed, the integration can locate or create it before sending the order. This avoids manual entry, speeds up processing and reduces the risk of error. The order in Luceed retains a unique link to the original online order, making it easier to track subsequent processing.
Order statuses, returns and invoices
Integration does not end when an order is sent. Shape CORE can retrieve status changes from Luceed and show customers the current processing stage. Product return workflows are also supported, including sending return requests and synchronising their status.
Depending on the business process and enabled modules, invoices can also be connected, allowing customers to access the relevant PDF documents through their accounts.
Luceed integration for B2B online stores
Not every B2B customer has the same commercial terms. The Shape CORE Luceed integration therefore supports the transfer of business partners, contacts and addresses, together with individual or group sales conditions.
Logged-in B2B customers can receive their applicable prices, discounts and sales rules. Invoice history and other information important for self-service business purchasing can also be connected, depending on the data and API capabilities available for the particular project.
Automation with control over your data
Synchronisation can run automatically at agreed intervals, with changes recorded in integration logs. Larger catalogues are processed in controlled segments to keep transfers stable and avoid incomplete exchanges leaving prices or other key information inconsistent.
For each project, we define:
- Which system is the authoritative source for each type of data.
- Which fields are populated and updated automatically.
- How frequently synchronisation runs.
- Which warehouses, price lists and customer groups participate in online sales.
- Which statuses and business documents customers should be able to see.
Advanced Luceed integration options
Beyond the core eCommerce workflow, the existing Shape CORE integration foundation supports project-specific extensions. These can include work orders, device and licence registers, advanced pricing rules, supplier stock and other processes driven by the needs of the business.
The exact integration scope depends on the Luceed modules, available API data and each client's business rules. Features are therefore confirmed during analysis before implementation begins.
Shape CORE and Luceed as a connected eCommerce system
A good ERP integration connects what customers see in the online store with what is actually happening in the business. Current stock and prices, automatically received orders, connected customer records and returned status information create a faster, more reliable sales process.
