Cruises Needed Their Own Dedicated Platform
The cruise offering was previously part of the existing Integral Travel website and did not have a dedicated digital experience. Due to the complexity and uniqueness of cruise reservations, a separate platform focused exclusively on cruises was needed.
The Booking Process Was Not Digitalized
Previously, users could not complete a cruise reservation independently. The process relied on sending inquiries via email and continuing communication with the agency. The goal was to create a complete digital reservation journey, from selecting a cruise to completing the booking process.
Complex Information Needed Better Organization
Cruise reservations include a large amount of information: itineraries, ships, cabin types, decks, and additional services. This information needed to be structured in a way that helps users easily compare options and make confident decisions.
Cabin Selection Needed to Become Part of the Experience
Cabin location and deck selection are important factors when choosing a cruise. Users needed a way to view the ship layout and select their preferred deck and cabin directly during the reservation process, without additional communication with the agency.
